Summer 2008 Fees & Discounts
These rates and packages are for each child. Days cannot be combined between siblings to total the package days. There is a MINIMUM 5 DAY enrollment for each child. Days do not need to be consecutive and can be in any combination of weeks.

Make-Up Days

Each camper is entitled to two (2) make-up days at no additional cost. If your child misses a day, simply contact the office and request a make-up day. These requests need to be in writing via email or fax. We cannot schedule make-up days without written confirmation. This is to avoid any miscommunication regarding dates.

Schedule/Date Changes
Schedule/date changes are free of charge. Changes may be made in writing (email or fax) or via the on-line scheduling system, but must be made with at least 24 hours notice prior to the originally scheduled date. We cannot make schedule/date changes without written confirmation. This is to avoid any miscommunication regarding dates.

POLICIES AND AGREEMENT

Upon registration, parents are required to sign an agreement with the policies stated below and to any subsequent procedures Fitness by the Sea, Inc. may choose to adopt.

 

Medical Treatment Release: If I can't be reached in case of emergency, I authorize Fitness by the Sea, Inc. to obtain whatever medical treatment deemed necessary for the welfare of my child. I hereby release, indemnify and hold harmless Fitness by the Sea, Inc. and its staff from any and all claims arising out of injury to my child.

Financial Responsibility: I agree to accept full responsibility, financial or otherwise, for all actions/requests by me via telephone, mail, fax, email, internet, or any other form resulting in any charges/fees associated with such requests.

Payment Policy: I understand and agree that an Application/Enrollment Fee of $20.00 plus a Deposit of $250.00 per child is required to confirm registration before June 1st. This deposit will be credited towards my child's camp fees. Final payment is due in full for all registration and enrollment by June 1st. If payment in full is not received by June 1st, Fitness by the Sea, Inc. has the right to cancel my enrollment.

Absences and Make-Up Days: I understand and agree that there are no refunds given for days missed. Subject to availability, each camper will be allowed two (2) make up days. If my child misses a day of camp, I will need to schedule a make up day by either calling the office or scheduling it through the on-line system. I am required to schedule my make up days and may not show up at camp for a make up day unless it has been previously scheduled.

Schedule/Date Changes: I understand and agree that I may change my child's camp dates if I wish at no additional charge, but that I must do so at least 24 hours in advance and any change requests must be in writing. No schedule/date changes may be performed over the phone. Acceptable forms of communication for schedule/date changes include fax, email, and/or by doing so using the on-line scheduling/reservation system. I also understand and agree that I may not remove a date from the schedule without selecting a replacement day. Schedule/date changes may not result in fewer days than the original reservation.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: I understand and agree that prior to June 1st all fees are refundable except the $20.00 Application/Enrollment Fee. After June 1st and before the 1st day of camp, all fees will be refunded except the $20.00 Application/Enrollment Fee and the $250.00 Per Child Deposit. After the start of camp there are no refunds or credits given for any reason.

Parental Responsibility: I agree to accept full responsibility, financial or otherwise, for my child's actions. If my child is dismissed from camp for improper conduct, I understand that Fitness by the Sea, Inc. will not any registration or enrollment fees.
